Meet and Greet: For individuals, or groups arriving to the airport, we can provide a "Meet and Greet" service to ensure that they meet their vehicle, and arrive to their final destination on time and worry free.

Transportation Coordination: Coordination is key to planning any type of event, and getting people to where they need to be is crucial for a successful event. We can help by stationing transportation coordinators at all of your sites in order to provide direction and assistance to your guests. Communication is important, so all of our coordinators are connected to be able to provide immediate updates as to the location and expected arrival of your guests.

Catering: Catering may be needed if the group is travelling on a tight schedule with no time for stopping, Premier Coach can provide a morning coffee service with an arrangement of fresh fruit, muffins and/or pastries. If the group is travelling later in the day, perhaps a lunch menu is in order. We can provide any type of service to ensure your group enjoys the best travel experience possible.
